Ryan is getting ready to do a 200 mile bike ride from Seattle to Portland this summer. A couple of Saturdays ago he and a couple of his friends did an hour bike race in the mall on trainers. It is quite the sight to see. There are 4 riders on a team and there were 5 teams riding at the same time. They are all in a square facing each other with huge fans going to help cool them all off. The radio is blastingsuper loud too, I guess to help pump them up. The kids and I went down there to support him. Don't they look thrilled! :)
