Our kids have been getting very animal crazy lately and are really wanting a pet. It seems like everywhere we go the kids are noticing all of the dogs, cats, etc that are all around us. So Ryan and I started talking about it and trying to decide what kind of pet to get that we can all live with (due to allergies and amount of work on my part ... poop scooping, feeding etc). Trevor and Jenessa decided to sit down and come up with a list of animals that they would like as a pet. They gave us this list and said that we can choose something off of this list to have as a family pet. Here is their list. Feel free to make comments and let us know which pet would be great. :)

Guinea Pig
Tree Frog
Baby Tiger
Teacup Chihuahua
Lizard
Kitten
Minature greyhound/Italian Greyhound like Rosko
Lamb
Baby Zebra
Monkey
Bunny (the kids have since taken this one off of the list when they found out that Nana and Pops use to eat rabbits when Ryan was younger and Trevor and Jenessa didn't want them to be tempted and eat our family pet.) :)
Owl
Bat
Baby Lion
Butterflies (their list states that we need to get caterpillars and raise them to butterflies and then let them go in our back yard to live.)

That is quite the list there! Lambs are fun but are stinky and grow up into bigger sheep! Have fun figuring out what kind of pet to get! :)
I think that a wild kitten, or 2 would be a great choice. :)
If you want a kitten, I can get you a free grey and white one with litter box and everything- but I think a teacup chihuaua would be fun!
